Josh Slawkin

Joshua Slawkin is a seasoned operator and strategic leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling high-growth consumer brands, particularly in the outdoor and recreation industries. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at House of Outdoors, where he oversaw end-to-end operations for several fast-growing and influential outdoor brands. Prior to that, he played a key role in building Catch Co. (Mystery Tackle Box) into a nationally recognized name, leading core functions across supply chain, fulfillment, product development, and customer experience.

Outside of his operating roles, Joshua is a passionate entrepreneur and advisor. He has founded two startups and serves on the board of advisors for multiple early-stage companies, offering strategic guidance on product development, operations, and growth. He brings deep expertise in process optimization, scalable infrastructure, and enterprise value creation for fast-moving consumer brands. Joshua holds degrees in Finance and Management from DePaul University.
